General Policies

 

Smoking:  Smoking is prohibited at all times inside the mansion, which is equipped with smoke detectors that alert the fire department.  Smoking is allowed outside only in designated smoking areas. 

Pets:  Small, crate-trained dogs are welcome with a refundable damage deposit and Guest's agreement in writing to keep the dog crated at night.  Dogs are not allowed on the beds or other furniture of the mansion, and must stay with the owner at all times.  Dogs must be walked on-leash for exercise and elimination.  Owner is responsible for collection and proper disposal of waste.

Check-in/Check-out:  Check-in is 4:00pm or later.  Please call in advance of your arrival to make check-in arrangements.  Requests for early check-in will be accommodated when possible.  Check-in before 3:00pm incurs $15 surcharge.  Check-out is 11:00am. Requests for late check-out will be accommodated when possible.  Check-out after 12:00noon incurs $15 surcharge.

 

Reservation Policy

Full payment including applicable tax is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation/Refunds

If a reservation is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of the date of arrival, the customer can choose to reschedule the reservation for an alternate date with no charges or penalties, or to receive a refund less 15% service charge. If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival, we cannot offer a cash refund, but we will reschedule the reservation for an alternate date with no charges or penalties. Rescheduling a reservation in either case is subject to room availability.
